Desert Sands Educational Foundation is seeking your partnership.
We are planning our third annual Desert Sands Educational Foundation Gala, DSEF goes BIG for STEAM Education on Saturday, February 4, 2023.
It will be held at the beautiful Westin Mission Hills Golf Resort and Spa, 71-777 Dinah Shore Dr., Rancho Mirage, CA. We are honoring community partner Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians and we are fortunate to have Director of Public Relations Kate Anderson joining the gala planning committee. La Quinta Mayor Linda Evans will be recognized as our community member honoree.
The proceeds from this fundraiser will support STEAM education (science, technology, engineering, arts, math) for the students of Desert Sands Unified School District. It is our hope to raise a minimum of $102,000 ($3,000 per school in DSUSD). With your help, this goal is achievable. In order to host a spectacular evening, we are in need of sponsorships and auction items. In addition to members of our school community and alumni, several local elected officials will be attending our adult-only gala event. This event promotion will reach well over 10,000 members of the DSUSD community.
